Downtown Holiday Market

The Downtown Holiday Market is a new tradition held on the 3rd Saturday in December, that is quickly finding its way into the hearts of visitors and locals. Held in the Historic Ancestor Square courtyard, the Holiday Market is a festive seasonal village filled to the brim with local goodies, foods, and seasonal produce.

Walk the aisles while enjoying a hot cider and connect with your community during the holiday season. This year we will be hosting the Gingerbread House Auction to benefit the St. George Children’s Museum. There will be live entertainment including dance troops and orchestras, so mark your calendars!

Location Information

The Downtown Farmers Market is held in the upper parking lot and courtyard of Ancestor Square located at the north west corner of St. George Blvd. and Main Street in the middle of St. George, Utah’s Historic Downtown.

Ancestor Square is the compilation of 12 separate buildings, six of which have historic registry designations with rich histories. These historic buildings include Sheriff Hardy’s house (1877), the Sheriff’s office (Sandstone Bldg), the original Jailhouse, and one of the oldest buildings in St. George – the historic Gardeners Club building.

All buildings have been renovated to provide a unique experience whether your visit includes lunch or dinner at one of our five premier restaurants, purchasing art from one of our world class art galleries, or visiting one of our many service-oriented tenants.
